We understand that studying in a foreign country can be overwhelming. The University has many services and programs to support you to adjust to your new study environment. If you’re facing challenges or unexpected problems, the Welfare Service is here to help.
We’re a team of trained professionals and can provide support, advice and referrals for the following: financial hardship, advocacy, accommodation, and University applications and processes.
Book an appointment via email@example.com or call 1300 668 370 (option 5).
Western Sydney University has an after-hours Student Assistance Line specifically for International students. If you need help after-hours, please call 1800 735 807.
You can also speak with Student Services Officers for a deeper understanding of Western Sydney University International College policies and procedures like review of grades, withdrawal without academic penalty, appeal against exclusion and conditional enrolment.
